As a resident of Narita with over 35 years of experience working in the airline industry, I have an intimate knowledge of the airport and the surrounding region. I am dedicated to providing you with a smooth, efficient, and stress-free experience.
Beyond my professional life, I am an avid outdoor enthusiast. My hobbies include bass fishing, camping, golf, and sea kayak fishing, and I have recently taken up hunting as well. I love spending time in nature.
What I value most is connecting with my guests. Seeing your smile and knowing that I have helped make your time in Japan special is my greatest joy. Nothing makes me happier than being of service to others.
I am truly grateful to my wife. She has been my rock and constant support ever since we got married. She has also worked at Narita Airport for over 35 years, just like me. My work would be impossible without her.

How long does the transit tour take? / ツアーの所要時間はどのくらいですか？
The tour typically lasts 3 to 5 hours and can be adjusted based on your available time.
通常3〜5時間ですが、お客様のご都合に合わせて調整可能です。
How can I make a reservation? / 予約方法を教えてください。
Please submit your request via the booking form on our website, specifying your preferred date and time.

When and how should I pay for the tour? / 料金の支払い方法とタイミングを教えてください。
We accept major credit cards, e-money, and QR code payments on the day of your tour. Please note that we do not accept cash payments for the tour fee. (Tips and gratuities are welcome and exempt from this policy.)

Is this transit tour only for passengers with connecting flights? / トランジットツアーとなっていますが、トランジット客だけが対象ですか？
Not at all. You can choose this as a Narita sightseeing tour. In addition to selecting from our set courses, we can also help you arrange a customized tour around the Narita area. We are happy to discuss your desired destinations and schedule. Please feel free to contact us anytime.

How do I decide on the tour time? / ツアーの時間はどうやって決めればよいですか？
You can use the time for your tour from approximately one hour after your arrival flight until two hours before your departure flight.
ご到着フライトの到着時間から約1時間後からご出発フライトの2時間前までのお時間がツアーとしてお使いいただけるお時間となります。
What should I do if my flight is cancelled or delayed? / 飛行機がキャンセルもしくは遅延になった場合はどうすれば良いですか？
We monitor flights here, so we can keep track of the situation. If your flight is cancelled, you can also cancel your tour. There will be no charge for the tour. If there is a delay, we can adjust the time if there is enough time. If not, we can change to a shorter course or cancel the tour. There will be no cancellation fee in either case. Please contact us by email as soon as possible upon arrival.
こちらでフライトをモニターしていますので状況は把握できます。キャンセルの際はツアーもキャンセルで構いません。ツアー代金も掛りません。遅延の場合は時間に余裕があれば時間を遅らせて対応できます。時間に余裕がなければ短いコースに変更、もしくはキャンセルできます。その際もキャンセル料は掛かりません。到着したら速やかにメールにてご連絡下さい。
I have luggage; can I bring it? / 手荷物がありますが持っていけますか？
For walking tours, only personal belongings (handbags or backpacks) are allowed. For hired car tours, only one carry-on size item per person is
permitted.
徒歩コースの場合はハンドバッグやバックパックに限ります。ハイヤーコースの場合は機内持ち込みサイズお1人様1個に限り可能です。
Where can I leave my luggage? / 手荷物は何処へ預ければ良いですか？
I will assist you with that when I come to pick you up. There are some staffed luggage storage and many rental lockers. They accept cashless payments, including for the lockers.
私がお迎えに上がった際にそのお手助けをします。有人の手荷物預かり所、レンタルロッカー等あります。ロッカーも含めてキャッシュだけでなくキャッシュレス決済に対応しております。
How much Japanese yen should I bring? / 日本円はいくらあれば良いですか？
Most of our tour prices and on-site payments are cashless. However, some places of courses may only accept cash. We will inform you of this via email when you make your reservation. We can also help you with currency exchange locations at the airport upon arrival.
私どものツアー代金、現地でのお支払いの殆どがキャッシュレスに対応しております。但しお選びいただくコースによってキャッシュのみの所もございます。ご予約頂いたときに分かりますのでこちらからメールにてお知らせします。また到着時に空港での両替場所も分かりますのでヘルプが可能です。
I'm in transit at NRT, so I don't want to exchange my currency for Japanese yen. / トランジットなので両替で日本円に変えたくないのですが？
We can pay cash payment instead of you if you let us know when you make your reservation. You don’t have to exchange your currency to Japanese yen. This service is available for a small fee (800 yen, US$5). At the end of tour, we charge you by cashless payment. We can accept major credit cards, e-money, and QR code payments.
予約時にお申し出いただければキャッシュ立替払いも承ります。これだと日本円への両替が必要ありません。僅かな手数料（800円, US 5$）でご利用できます。ツアー終了後、お客様のカードにまとめてご請求、ご精算させて頂きます。
